For performing artists at the Columbus Arts Festival

If you’re performing at the 2022 Columbus Arts Festival, here are some tools and suggestions for properly promoting your performance. This helps your audience members easily find you on the Festival grounds!

Double-check your time

Make sure you’re promoting the correct start time for your performance. You can verify it on the Festival website: columbusartsfestival.org/application/performances/

Use the proper stage name

Use the proper stage name so it’s consistent with the Festival website, guidebook and signage throughout the Festival grounds. The stages are:

  • ABC6 Bicentennial Park Stage
  • CoverMyMeds Big Local Music Stage
  • Cultural Arts Center Stage

Hashtags

For social posts, tag the Columbus Arts Festival on Facebook (facebook.com/columbusartsfestival), Twitter @cbusartsfest), and Instagram (@columbusartsfest) – and use the #cbusartsfest hashtag.

Facebook Events

If you’re creating a Facebook event, you can add the Columbus Arts Festival as a co-host (but it’s not required). We’ll accept the co-host as long as the stage name and performance date/time are correct.
