2013 Columbus Arts Festival to Showcase More than 100 Works fo Art by Local Students

Columbus, Ohio – Be the first to discover the next generation of great artists! The Columbus Arts Festival is proud to showcase more than 100 works of art at the annual Student Art Exhibition, located at the OSU Urban Arts Space at 50 West Town St.
Organized by the Columbus Arts Festival Coordinating Committee and local arts educators, the purpose of the Student Art Exhibition is to encourage budding artists and to put a spotlight on the fine work that is being created in the classroom.
The students from preschool to grade 13 from the following schools are participating in this year’s Student Art Exhibition: Big Walnut Elementary; Burroughs Elementary School; Clintonville Academy; Columbus City Schools; Columbus School for Girls; Dublin Coffman High School; Franklin County Children Services; Gahanna Lincoln High School; Marion-Franklin High School; Pickerington High School; The Schoenbaum Family Center; Reynoldsburg High School – Encore Academy Summit Campus; and Upper Arlington High School.
Festival Hours: Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 9 from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
