2014 Columbus Arts Festival Street Closings, Parking and Alternative Transportation Options

Festival Hours: Friday, June 6 and Saturday, June 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 8 from 11:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The following streets will close at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4 and will re-open at 6 a.m. on Monday, June 9. Broad Street will remain open throughout the event.
- Civic Center / Second Street from Town to Mound
- Civic Center South from Mound to Main
- Main (Rich West of the River) from East side of Mc Dowell to Front
- Cherry Street from Front to S. Second
- Rich Street (Town West of the River) from the East side of Lucas to Front
- Noble Street East side of S. Second to South Civic Center
- Jewett Alley Closed at Mound
- Town Street from Ludlow to Civic Center
Parking is available in garages and lots throughout the Downtown area including at COSI, Vets Memorial, the Commons garage, Front Street garage surrounding and numerous area surface lots.
Limited wheelchair-accessible parking is available at bagged meters on Broad Street (north of Town Street) and on the north side of Mound Street west of Front Street.
Other Transportation Options
Burn some calories and bike on down! There are plenty of places all around downtown and along the Riverfront to park your bike. Go to http://publicservice.columbus.gov/bikeparking/ for more info.
COTA will operate regularly scheduled bus service during each day of the Festival. COTA’s CBUS will also be running up and down High Street, from the Brewery District to the Short North – for FREE!
Other alternative transportation options include car2go car sharing service, which will have special car2goparking within the Festival grounds on Washington Blvd. north of COSI, accessible from Broad St. For more information go to http://columbus.car2go.com/. Or consider carpooling with Uber Columbus driving service. Sign up at www.uber.com.
