2012 Columbus Arts Festival Exhibition to Showcase More than 100 Works of Art by Local Students

Columbus, Ohio – Be the first to discover the next generation of great artists! The Columbus Arts Festival is proud to showcase more than 130 works of art at the annual Student Art Exhibition, located at the OSU Urban Arts Space at 50 West Town St.
Organized by the Columbus Arts Festival Coordinating Committee and local arts educators, the purpose of the Student Art Exhibition is to encourage budding artists and to put a spotlight on the fine work that is being created in the classroom.
The students from preschool to grade 12 from the following schools are participating in this year’s Student Art Exhibition: Big Walnut Elementary, Big Walnut Local Schools; Columbus Global Academy, Columbus City Schools; Fort Hayes, Columbus City SchoolsColumbus City Schools; The Schoenbaum Family Center, Columbus City Schools; Dublin Coffman High School, Dublin City Schools ; Franklin Heights High School, South Western City Schools; Program for Young Children, Columbus School for Girls.
Festival Hours: Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2 from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday, June 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
