COLUMBUS, Ohio— The nationally acclaimed Columbus Arts Festival is now accepting online applications for caricaturists, portrait artists, and temporary tattoo artists. The 55th annual Festival will take place June 10, 11 and 12, 2016 along the Columbus downtown riverfront.
The Festival hosts hundreds of juried artists from across the United States including local emerging artists and a few international artists each year. Gourmet food and beverages, hands-on art activities for the entire family, exhibitions of local student artwork, live music and spoken word performances round out Columbus’ welcome-to-summer event. Approximately 450,000 vistitors attend the Festival each year.
Each year the Festival seeks accomplished individuals to submit work for selection as on site caricature artists, charcoal artists, face painters and temporary tattoo/henna artists.
Chosen participants will be appointed spaces throughout the Festival.
Applications must be received by March 15, 2016 at 5 p.m. To apply go to columbusartsfestival.org/apply/

Festival Hours: Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11 from 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 12 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
